The Objective

 

1.1 The HDC-100 challenge is designed to solidify new habits, build character traits, and start the process of the deepest manifestation of change, identity. 

 

1.2 This is both a testing ground and a classroom. Life is an experiment, and to improve and find what works best for each of us, we must continuously be learning, applying, and reflecting.

 

1.3 Our objective has been to create an easy-to-follow process that makes even the most difficult goals and changes accessible and achievable. It's been shown that the most effective way to learn is through applying new knowledge and skills to completing projects, and so the 100 Day Challenge is your personal project. Courses and reading are great, but knowledge not applied, soon is knowledge put aside.

 

1.4 The core principle here is replacing ineffective systems and replacing them with the systems that create compounding returns once established. This ideology is covered completely in all of our programs as well as in our free resources. 

 

1.5 To some degree, we all want change. More specifically, what we want is for our time and effort to wield lasting results that improve our situations. And preferably results that continue to compound every time we go through the effortful process of establishing new habits and behaviors. 

 

1.6 You know what you want most in your life—we're not here to tell you what exactly to do. That's up to you. 

 

1.7 This isn't a "challenge" for challenge's sake. Think of HDC-100 like a container with guidelines, a direct link to comprehensive life systems and tools, and a community of like minded people to support that one thing that you're striving for right now

1.9 This is meant to be challenging, fun, and productive; in our opinion, the most satisfying way to spend time. This is not only meant to produce results, but produce results that continue to compound forward. This is meant to be a catalyst for momentum, growth, and improving agency.

 

1.10 This is about consistency over perfectionism (if you miss a day that's fine), excellence over excuses (if you miss too many days you miss the mark), and agency over inertia (if you can, why don't you?)

How it Works

 

The challenge itself is simple, there aren't 10 arbitrary rules to follow: 

 

1) You choose and outline the most important goal to you right now

2) You create a clear plan with process goals and commit to it 100% over the next 100 days

3) If you miss your process goals for more than 10 days in total, you failed this attempt

 

That's it. 

 

There's one rule: If you miss your process goals for a day, or you start over.

Not much to explain here. You either did it or got a lot closer (sometimes things take longer than expected, that's normal as long as progress is being made). Either way, 100 days of consistent effort teaches you what works and what doesn't. If you use our resources and are consistent with your process goals, you will be in a significantly better, more capable position than when you started.

How to Start

 

Use HDC-100 Quickstart to get started—inside are prompts and frameworks to get you started. If the idea of this feels overwhelming, the guide will make it less so. Also, it costs nothing. We simply want to see you succeed.

 

If you're thinking "I don't even know what I would do," we have some prompts to help you figure it out, as well as several main "type" goals that fit this challenge perfectly. 

 

It's important that you are personally invested, so yes it does matter what goal you go after, but it should be noted it's not necessarily the goal itself that matters most—it's what you learn along the way, the tools you acquire, and the more capable version of yourself that you become through the process. Thats the gold.
